General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") govern the use of the VoiceLayer mobile application and companion client software (hereinafter referred to as the "App"), a product of Boring AI Technologies. By using the App, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and agree to comply with them.

VoiceLayer is designed to give users a hands-free voice interface for the AI agents they already run — delivering spoken briefings, enabling live voice conversations with agents, and allowing voice-based approvals and redirects. The App acts as a neutral communication layer and does not create, own, or operate the underlying AI agents you connect to it.

Nature of the Service

VoiceLayer facilitates communication between you and third-party AI agents. The outputs, recommendations, plans, code, or any other content produced by those agents are generated by those agents and their underlying models — not by VoiceLayer. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any agent-generated content.

The App is not a substitute for professional advice of any kind. Any decisions made based on information received through your agents via the App are made at your sole discretion and responsibility.

Access to Features: Free and Paid Versions

The App offers two levels of access:

Free Access

The free tier allows users to access core features of the App, including a limited number of agent briefings, voice calls, and notification alerts per period.

Paid Access

The paid tier provides access to the full feature set, including unlimited agent connections, extended voice call sessions, priority notification delivery, and additional customisation options.

Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee that the App will be entirely free from errors, interruptions, or inaccuracies. We are not liable for any losses related to the use of the App, including but not limited to:

• decisions made based on agent-generated content delivered through the App;
• interruptions to agent workflows caused by App downtime or connectivity issues;
• data loss resulting from misconfigured agent integrations;
• financial, operational, or other losses arising from actions taken on agent advice.

Use of Third-Party Services

To provide voice transcription and text-to-speech functionality, we use third-party service providers. These providers process audio and text in transit solely to deliver the App's core features. They are contractually obligated not to use your data for any purpose beyond service delivery and must adhere to strict confidentiality and data protection standards.

By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that audio input and agent output text may be processed by these third-party services for the sole purpose of operating the voice interface.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the AI agents you connect to VoiceLayer, including their configuration, the tasks you set them, and any actions they take. You must not use the App to connect agents that engage in unlawful activity, violate third-party rights, or breach the terms of the underlying agent platform.

Changes and Updates to the Terms

We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms at any time. The updated version of the Terms will be published within the App, and your continued use of the App after such changes will be deemed acceptance of the revised Terms. Please review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

Final Provisions

Using the App signifies your full acceptance of these Terms. If you disagree with any of these terms, we recommend discontinuing your use of the App. Our goal is to make working with AI agents effortless and accessible, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
